Encore Group and the South Australian National Football League enlisted the services of BOSCH Innovation to build and manage our online ordering system. With their help, we were able to have a fully functioning system up and running for the 2011-2012 AFL Football Season. Clients are able to access the website via their unique Username and Password and order their food and beverages for the up coming feature game, or for future games during the season.
The hassle of faxing through orders and hoping they were received was eliminated with this new online system, as every order was confirmed with a return email to the client with a summary of their order. The system not only allowed us to print many report to aid in data summary collection, but it reduced ‘man hour’ costs and streamlined our business.
