The information provided, together with the information conveyed in any discussions and communications relating to a project are subject to the following terms and conditions:

This document is not a statement of work. All solutions, budgets etc provided are provisional indications. They will only become binding at such time as a contract is signed or agreed between our companies. Orders placed by the Client are subject to acceptance by BOSCH Innovation. All price indications provided in this document are in Australian dollars and are subject to GST at the prevailing rate if applicable. All price indications are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this document. The Client will retain exclusive copyright of all material and associated resources that originate from BOSCH Innovation once they are paid for in full. Until that time the copyright of all material remains the property of BOSCH Innovation. BOSCH Innovation warrants that all works developed by BOSCH Innovation will function based on our understanding of the requirements.

Any bugs or defects identified within the warranty period and found to be caused by BOSCH Innovation will be rectified at no charge. The Client indemnifies BOSCH Innovation against all liabilities, loss, damage, costs and expenses incurred due to bugs or defects identified. The warranty period is 180 days from initial delivery. Ongoing refinements do not extend the warranty period. All new/additional paid project enhancements will receive the 180 day warranty from date of their initial delivery. If any changes are made to any aspect of the functionality delivered, at any time, by a third party or by the Client, all warranties for all functionality provided byBOSCH Innovation are void. Third party costs are not included unless specified in this document e.g. Couriers, content creation etc will be on charged. In the event of a cancellation, the Client will pay in full all fees and charges incurred up to the date of cancellation. The Client is entitled to request one change to the copy which is included in the quoted charge unless stated otherwise. Charges may be incurred for additional change requests. Where website hosting is managed by BOSCH Innovation, additional costs may be incurred if the bandwidth usage of the site and/or disk space used exceeds the maximum allowed for the hosting fee quoted/paid. Payment terms for projects under $1500 are 100% on completion.

For all projects over $1500 the terms are 50% on engagement and 50% on completion and handover. All invoices to be paid within 14 days from the invoice date.
